F1b Tricolored Merle Male Bernedoodle

This male is  tricolored merle.  His face looks like a Bernese and his body is merle. His hair has a light wave to it.  He will still have the minimal shedding trait of the F1b but gets the wavy hair from his mama. This means, you will likely see hair in her comb or brush but not on you clothes or furniture.  He has one brown eye and one bright blue eye!  We anticipate his mature size being approximately 40-50#. He is 75% Poodle and 25% Bernese Mountain Dog.    As with any mixed breed, we cannot guarantee mature size, however we are usually able to come very close with size estimations.  This sweet boy loves to be held and is a playful hoot with his littermates.

His birthday is 3/25/26 and will be available to go home 5/20/26.  His temperament testing at 6weeks of age shows his personality to fall in the "perfect pet" category.  He falls into the mostly 3s & 4s category of the Volhard Puppy Aptitude Test. As most of our puppies share similar personalities, we do see some variation in temperaments.  His specific description is ... The kind of dog that makes a perfect pet for first time dog owners. Can be a normal medium energy puppy and will benefit from lots of exercise, with many naps.  Will be very easily trained and eager to please.  Will not buck for attention but does thrive with attention.  Will be very good with children and elderly.  Choose this pup, take him to obedience classes, and you'll be the star without having to do too much work. He has been calm most of his life. He is confident and adores his people. This is the exact puppy type that our professional dog trainers beg us to bring to their classes because of his neutral personality that bridges the gap for dogs on each end of the spectrum.  This type of dog reads the room and is intuitive.  This is why our puppies can serve on military bases, nursing homes, preschools, etc, as therapy dogs.  This puppy has been laid back with some playful litter time of course.

We expect his personality to be incredible because his Mother and Father have had many puppies together and this has been our experience with their beautiful puppies!  Their owners RAVE over them and some have multiple!

Tidbits: Although the ideal puppy, any puppy can be quite a handful,  but this one will be very good with all humans and animals.  As with any dog, energy needs to be dispersed with plenty of exercise.  Naps will also be a necessity well into his first year of age.  He is sure to have an incredible personality with his lineage!
